Sesame Free Hummus




Sesame free Hummus

1 large can of garbanzo beans
2 Tbsp EVOO
6 small cloves Garlic
4 Tbsp water
Salt to taste
3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Drain beans and add to food processor. While whizzing, add evoo, garlic, salt and broth

That's pretty much how I make hummus, too. I'll have to try adding the vinegar next time.

I use vinegar because I am allergic to citrus, and it is something that is always in the house... but you can definatly use lemon juice instead!

Hmmmm... VERY allergic to citrus and LOVE it but living is better than that grapefruit LOL

I knew I was not alone but I have not yet found anyone else who admitted it...

I googled for +"citrus free" +hummus and found you and I think I am in love after the first three recipes I have looked at.

Keep up the good work and pressure me to post some of my better recipes on the blogger blog I finally set up after years of avoiding it ;)
